關於台灣當局對三聚氰胺的處理拖泥帶水,
及諸多不合理的措施與推託,
已經有很多網友做出精闢的見解.
在此我很沉痛的要說一句話

新加坡能,印度能,台灣不能

之前我們看到新加坡的作法,9/19已經全面禁止進口與販售中國乳製品.

對於我們生活的台灣,我們當然是希望我們的作法
是比照先進歐美國家,或是生活環境為許多人推崇的新加坡

但是事實我們看到我們當局的處理,不但沒有像歐美新加坡般嚴格把關
反而是想辦法網開一面,想辦法讓中國乳製品有繼續進口的管道

那我們看一下印度的作法吧(後面附india times的經濟版原文報導)
很簡單就是很明確的禁止中國乳製品三個月
印度也是人多得不得了的國家,但是人家並不因此輕賤國民人命
禁止進口三個月,三個月後該怎麼做
其實很簡單,三個月後要是驗得過再說

在此摘錄一句對照,讓人對台灣當局草菅台命的態度更是憤怒.

最少12個其他國家包含日本,馬來西亞,新加坡及肯亞在過去的兩週已經對中國作出相似的進口禁令.

India bans Chinese dairy products for 3 months

NEW DELHI: India has imposed a three-month ban on import of milk and milk products from China following reports of four children dying and thousands falling sick in the neighbouring country after consuming milk contaminated with melamine.

At least 12 other countries including Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Kenya, have slapped similar bans on imports from China over the past two weeks.

The directorate general of foreign trade (DGFT) issued the notification on Wednesday prohibiting imports of Chinese milk & milk products for a period of three months following directions given by the Indian food safety and standards authority (FSSA).

The FSSA sought a ban at a high-level meeting on Tuesday attended by officials from the ministries of agriculture, commerce & industry and health & family welfare.

When the crisis broke in China two weeks ago, it was initially thought that melamine contamination was restricted to milk powder and infant formula. Melamine is an industrial chemical used to make plastics and fertiliser that can cause kidney stones and lead to kidney failure.

However, further testing of samples from 22 Chinese companies showed the presence of melamine in samples of liquid milk too. The European Union (EU), which does not import Chinese infant milk powder, has intensified inspection of composite products like bread and chocolate coming from the Asian country.

The US, however, is silent on the issue. US-based Kraft Foods reportedly issued a statement saying Oreo products with milk do not contain any dairy from China. Sources in the government said that the ban on imports will be reviewed after three months when the situation is expected to stabilise.
