不久前我買了本有趣的書叫"口頭禪夢想實現法",聽來有點虛幻,不過是本好書喔,內容總結成一句話,就是你的語言會回饋到你的生理與心理,所以要盡量用語言給自己正面能量.很厚臉皮的模仿下張曼娟引用袁枚的詩,"七十猶栽樹，旁人莫笑癡。 古來雖有死，好在不先知",就是這種樂天心態.不過今天這首歌我個人覺得效果要更好.騎車,開心自HIGH兩相宜,大聲跟著唱:
